I called to schedule a 10,000 mile maintenance visit and was told it would have to be 10-14 days out. I explained U needed to leave in one week on a 3,000 mile round trip due to a family concern and they wo was told it would have to be 10-14 days out. Called Carver at the end of July and made an appointment for 8/22/22.. called and confirmed my appointment last week.. they said yes we have you down.. the service will take 3 days and we will have a compli for 8/22/22.. called and confirmed my appointment last week.. they said yes we have you down.. the service will take 3 days and we will have a complimentary vehicle for you, and if i had any problems just ask for the manager Nathan.. I Showed up this morning for my appointment and they aren't expecting me.. then tell me the service will take a week and they don't have any complimentary vehicles, and that I would have to rent one and they would try to reimburse me. I do not recommend Carver Toyota or Nathan More

Truck is 1. 25 years old and already needed a new realignment. Had to take a vacation day off work because there isn’t any opening on Saturday. Was told 3 different eta on completion of the alignment. Spend 8am-11:15am waiting on a job that takes .4 hours billed and wheels rotated. Truck still isn’t aligned correctly, and wrong psi was added to my tires. Truck still has Toyota care but had to pay for the realignment (still confused on that). As soon as I can I will be trading my tundra in for another Chevy. More

Appointment rescheduled. Not on books when I was told so rescheduled again. Confirmed parts were there for recalls. Took car in. No paperwork could be found so I answered questions. While car there I received 5 emails that I had missed my appointment. Picked up car, oil changes no longer free and they only did one recall because they didn't have the parts. So I have to go back. The reason I waited on the oil change was so I could get it all done in one visit. Since they aren't free, I don't have to go to the dealership anymore for oil changes. More
