People were super nice. Car service was subpar. I scheduled a service to have tires rotated and let them know I had a tire that was continually losing air. When service was Car service was subpar. When service was complete, they assured me there was no issue and all tires were fine and to keep watching the tire (though I told them this was an ongoing issue). I left and my low tire light was still on. I returned to the dealership and my problem tire only had 24 PSI when it requires 36PSI. They clearly only rotated my tires and did not check the air pressure or look for issues with the tire - as I had been assured when I first checked out. Makes he curious to know if they even check the other items on the multi point inspection. More
