We had appointment at 1:30 for oil change. It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have t It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have taken 1 hour at most. When he started to leave he realized it was leaking oil. Back in it went again. He then gets home and realizes it is still leaking so another trip back to the shop. By them I’m mad. Poor excuse for a business. Yes you can contact me. More

Carver Dealership is good, service department more efficient than some I, we have been in during previous car maintenance over the years. Only thing we dislike is repeated phone calls and text message efficient than some I, we have been in during previous car maintenance over the years. I blew a tire this past weekend on the interstate, late at night and over an hour from home. When I got to the tire shop the next day, they examined the damaged tire and stated it had no damage other than at night and over an hour from home. When I got to the tire shop the next day, they examined the damaged tire and stated it had no damage other than the side walls being busted out. They examined my other tires and stated they were all overinflated by at least 10 pounds. Furthermore, my tire sensors has not been recalibrated after their last rotation. I had just had my car at Carver to be serviced the prior week and the tires hadn’t been touched since then, so you can imagine my chagrin right now. I will not be returning for service appointments. More

Bryce Jones was absolutely a great guy to deal with! He found out about all my problems trying to get a second key for my car. Five trips up there and a half day missed from work.
