This dealership are liars and cheats. They failed to acknowledge their culpability in negligent service on my vehicle. There was a mess up at my last oil change and I was charged for a tire repair even though I insisted I had the tire care warranty. Carol was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to "correc charged for a tire repair even though I insisted I had the tire care warranty. Carol was wonderful to work with. This was my first time using your service since I recently moved from Washington state. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to wait 2 weeks and 2 days for an appt and on the day of my appt they did not look at the car.. I called later that day and they said they would be sure to look at the car the next day.. overall comm day of my appt they did not look at the car..
