When i called to set up appointment, I talked about the tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was to tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was told I would have to call for another appointment to have it taken care of. the work order states 'reset maintenance indicators'. the work order states the advisor was Jaiah Lambert. This is the first time I have been frustrated with service at Carvers. More

I am very satisfied with both the service and efficiency of the service department. They not only get me in for service much quicker than other dealerships, my down time is much less. Initial communications went well. Repair was fully completed. Our service consultant was ill the day the car was finished. No one called us to tell us it was ready for pick-up. Carver Toyota Service Department has earned my business because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilit because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilities through the Toyota App and on their website. Currently you cannot schedule service via the Toyota App for Carver Toyota’s Service Center, and when scheduling service online you are only capable of scheduling one item per appointment. For instance you cannot schedule service only schedule an oil change, and if you wish to schedule a tire rotation you have to schedule two separate appointments. For efficiency purposes it would be easier if the customer could schedule both under one appointment. More
