I have had better experiences on previous visits, everything was fine until I presented a 10% off coupon at cashier at which time the service writer needed to leave with the invoice and coupon. The original estimate was $90.00 for an oil change, I questioned the amount for conventional oil and the estimate was reduced to $70.00 before coupon discount. When the service writer returned five minutes later the invoice total was $78.78 with coupon discount, I questioned the amount and the reply was sales tax was added. Needless to say please don’t send any coupons or expect any more business from me. Please note my last oil change was $69.37 without any coupon discount on 12/19/22 More

Took two weeks after my appointment before my car was even touched. Communication by my service advisor was lack luster at best.
