From our sale representative Shea, who greeted us outside the doors. Going into the dealership we had done our research and knew what we were looking for, what we didn’t want, how much we were willing to pay, and had a ballpark for financing, all of which made our experience 10x better. Shea was able to pull two car from the lot both of which happened to be our idea cars (same style just different models and safety features). We went on a Saturday so things were busy, which was fine with us we were in no hurry. We were able to the first test drive on our own. By the time we came back he had already pulled the second car up and was ready for us. Although we did not test drive the second car we did look it over and compare features which Shea was very knowledgeable on. Shea was the absolute best salesman I’ve encountered, he was friendly, informative, funny and kept us in the loop through the waiting process for the finance department to prepare our options. There is no other way that a car buying experience could be improved beyond what we experienced. Our finance representatives (who I can’t recall his name) was also very informative and friendly. He was newer to the job but even still he was ver informative and made sure we were without questions. He kept things light and made the paper work far more enjoyable! Chris in maintenance was also very friendly. While our time with him was short he made the process of setting up the first survive a breeze! We left the lot in a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited and couldn’t be happier with our decision. More

I ended up paying for glass etching which I didn’t order. On me for not complaining but I didn’t appreciate it. It should not have been added on without my ok up front.
