Didn’t properly diagnose bad shift solenoid. Since they thought it was good. Replaced another part. Only to discover original issue still persisted. Replaced solenoid as I requested, issue resol Since they thought it was good. Replaced another part. Only to discover original issue still persisted. Replaced solenoid as I requested, issue resolving initial issue, now have brand new issue where vehicle won’t go into gear. This issue may be due to incorrectly replacing UNEEDED part. I’m waiting until Monday to get the vehicle back in. Very frustrating as we’ve had to miss work due to not having a loaner vehicle. Have already had to rent a car as well. More
