The dealership called me to offer a special for an oil change and tire rotation. We made an appointment for Dec 5 at 10am. When I arrived at 10, there were vehicles lined out the door. I was told they 'were a little behind ' and it would be an hour and a half max. At 12:05, I walked out to see when I would be finished. My vehicle was in the completed line. Not sure how long it had been there. Not sure the purpose of an appointment when it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. I won't be returning. Service department seems very disorganized. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I did most of the process over the phone, and when I arrived, everything was in place for me. They even put a Happy Birthday bow on my vehicle.
