Adam Barker and Robert Kim made buying process simple and easy! Called and settled on a price without tons of hopes to jump through. Nick Powell in finance made everything easy to understand. Bought a used vehicle and went into finance to sign the papers. Not only do they not fill you in on things before signing, they tried to make me sign for a loan that was higher than average interest. With papers. Not only do they not fill you in on things before signing, they tried to make me sign for a loan that was higher than average interest. With an 815 credit score, I said no…..call my credit union. They did and the loan interest was much lower. No info offered on the extended warranty, no paperwork, completely not informing the consumer. Then no call backs after leaving several messages. Will not return. I’ve heard this from several other people as well. Really crappy after service from this dealership. Once they sell the car, that’s it. Not the way it should be!!!! More
