I have been going to Carver Toyota for many years to purchase my Toyota vehicles and have had excellent service and found that they would match any offer on the exact same vehicle if I found one for les purchase my Toyota vehicles and have had excellent service and found that they would match any offer on the exact same vehicle if I found one for less in the State of Indiana. This time around, things were a bit bumpy and it may have been since I bought a newer used Toyota, but I am not certain. I did not receive any loyalty (repeat customer) incentives this time and only received one key/FOB for the vehicle. I was told that they are working on acquiring the second key/FOB and will be notified when they locate it. Overall, even with the above issues I will still return to Carver Toyota for future business when that time arrives. As always, I still compare deals at all area Toyota dealerships when purchasing a new car, but gaining my loyalty gives them an upper hand when it comes to my business with them. More

This was the worst overall customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a Tacoma from Carver Toyota that had 24k miles on it and was still under warranty. Unfortunately a air compressor pump faile experienced. I purchased a Tacoma from Carver Toyota that had 24k miles on it and was still under warranty. Unfortunately a air compressor pump failed at 32k miles which did not allow my air conditioner, nor my defrost, to work. After taking it to Carver I was told that my truck was no longer under warranty because my in service date had passed 10 days prior. I asked Carver to cover the entire cost due to my truck only having 32k miles on it. They refused. Shawn, or Sean, I am unsure of which spelling it is, asked me where I had my truck serviced. I told him I hadn't had it long enough to have had my truck long enough to have had it serviced more than once. I had it serviced locally instead of driving 40 minutes to have Carver service it. He then told me that if I had been a loyal Carver customer that perhaps they could have done something for me, which is absolutely ridiculous. He said they would order the part and call me when it was there. I got a call a few weeks later saying it was there. I drove there, dropped my truck off, and got picked up by a friend. A day later I got a call saying the part was missing a part. So I had to go back and pick up my truck, which still not fixed. Eventually they got the second part. It was almost 3 months from beginning to end to finally get my truck fixed. Also I was given the cost to fix my truck in a email. Luckily I kept the email because when everything was done the bill was 150.00 more than what they told me it would be. Fortunately Vanessa was pleasant to work with and agreed to refund me the difference once she checked with someone. This was my first purchase from Carver Toyota. I thought it would be nice to purchase from a dealer in my hometown. This ended up being a mistake. I was not valued as a customer and I will never go back for another vehicle nor service. This was the most disappointing dealer experience I have had. More
