My wife went in on last Friday for a service (oil change) and that weekend I noticed oil all over my driveway where she parked her car. I looked under her car and noticed the leak by the oil drainage bolt (technician never tighten) this is not the first time this has happened. When I opened her hood on her car to check her oil level i noticed her battery terminals corroded (technician never notified my wife during their check). For the last two years we have been having issues with service. a few months ago, she came in for service and the technician did not tighten her lug nuts, the nuts were laying on the ground in the driveway. I called about the issue about the oil change and issue about my driveway saturated with oil that i cannot get out (they told me the service director was going to call me, but they never did. We will not be bringing our cars back to Toyota for service, the service technicians do not care about what type of job they do. My wife's engine could have blown from no oil if i did not noticed and the time they didn't tighten her lug nuts she could have been injured driving the car in that condition. I don't know what is going on in the service department, but someone needs to take action. The only issue i have is with the service technician's quality of work. The service desk people are great, they always took care of me and my wife. More

Had communicated with Tara multiple times a few days prior to visiting the dealership (Drove in from Cincinnati). She had a family emergency, so I was set up to meet with Eric. He was busy, so we starte prior to visiting the dealership (Drove in from Cincinnati). She had a family emergency, so I was set up to meet with Eric. He was busy, so we started with Callum. The Tacoma had a belt issue (loud clicking/screeching) but, the dealership made all efforts to address it. When we returned from the test drive, we were back with Eric who sent the truck to service to address the belt issue. Lo and behold, it had stopped making the noises but, acknowledging the potential for future issues, they agreed to discount the price accordingly (costs of future parts/repair). Then we were passed to Adam who finalized the sale and completed paperwork before closing the sale in the finance office. This began a nearly 4 hour wait to get through the approval process (I had a credit freeze that needed unlocked which was the easy part but, then Toyota Motor Credit had issues getting through the final approval...my credit score is +825). Brock in finance was great. Overall, happy with the purchase and the delay was out of control of any salesperson. Would recommend Carver as a go to for new or used cars. More
