I brought my husband's vehicle in for it's first free oil change and had asked the check a noise out when the wheel was turn a hard left. So either my request was ignored, the technician not told OR somebody forgot. Either way, while the oil change was good, my request to check something was ignored!! Not sure who dropped the ball but wasn't happy. More
