I had a very good experience with Carver Toyota when purchasing a used car on 11/7/2024. The salesperson, the superviser of used car sales, and the finance manager were all pleasant, courteous and strsi purchasing a used car on 11/7/2024. The dealership building was a relaxing place with a lounge that offered customers several nice ammenities. We had a walk around viewing of the vehicle I eventually purchased, experienced an informative test drive, and a lot of helpful conversations with the salesperson and other staff members. I had just forgotten how long buying a car can take since it has been a very long time since I purchased my last car. However, I can undersatand that thoroughness takes time, and I appreciated everyone taking their time and focusing their attention on my immediate needs. My salesperson was Taylor Deaton, who is not listed below, so I will just tell you I would give her 5 stars for the excellent job she did! More
