Overall Good Experience Let me start by saying I HATE car shopping. The whole process is strange and outdated to me. I owned a Toyota Prius for years that I absolutely loved, but it was unfortunately totaled through no fault of my own so I was looking for a used car in a hurry. Josh made the whole process more comfortable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price that I was comfortable with. I'm on a tight budget planning and paying for my wedding, paying off student loans, and saving for a house, so a car payment was not in the cards for us right now. I left with exactly the car I wanted and felt that I was treated fairly. The woman I worked with in the finance department was very helpful too! They were able to hold my check for a day until my insurance paid out for the totaled vehicle, and I was still able to walk out with keys to my new car that day. I definitely recommend Carver Toyota. More

The other places I had gone it just seemed the employees were more interested in selling me a vehicle, whereas Adam made the visit more friendly and personal. That personal experience was a big factor in wanting to choose a vehicle from Toyota.
