Repair time expectation missed by almost an hour. Person checking me in seemed incompetent. Wanted 4 wheel drive checked and service said no one there the check it. I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible.
