I blew a tire this past weekend on the interstate, late at night and over an hour from home. When I got to the tire shop the next day, they examined the damaged tire and stated it had no damage other than at night and over an hour from home. When I got to the tire shop the next day, they examined the damaged tire and stated it had no damage other than the side walls being busted out. They examined my other tires and stated they were all overinflated by at least 10 pounds. Furthermore, my tire sensors has not been recalibrated after their last rotation. I had just had my car at Carver to be serviced the prior week and the tires hadn’t been touched since then, so you can imagine my chagrin right now. I will not be returning for service appointments. Bryce Jones was absolutely a great guy to deal with! He found out about all my problems trying to get a second key for my car. Five trips up there and a half day missed from work. Great cars, but service has always been iffy. .. Ever service visit there is always an issue... Either something they forgot or the new car I bought burns alot of oil and have to add a quart every .. Ever service visit there is always an issue... Either something they forgot or the new car I bought burns alot of oil and have to add a quart every month.... They refuse to fix Oil filter put on incorrectly so it blew off while I was driving and lost all oil Toyota still made me pay for the tow...... I could go on all day..... It's a shame More
