I called to schedule a 10,000 mile maintenance visit and was told it would have to be 10-14 days out. I explained U needed to leave in one week on a 3,000 mile round trip due to a family concern and they wo was told it would have to be 10-14 days out. Called Carver at the end of July and made an appointment for 8/22/22.. called and confirmed my appointment last week.. they said yes we have you down.. the service will take 3 days and we will have a compli for 8/22/22.. called and confirmed my appointment last week.. they said yes we have you down.. the service will take 3 days and we will have a complimentary vehicle for you, and if i had any problems just ask for the manager Nathan.. I Showed up this morning for my appointment and they aren't expecting me.. then tell me the service will take a week and they don't have any complimentary vehicles, and that I would have to rent one and they would try to reimburse me. I do not recommend Carver Toyota or Nathan More

Although technically speaking the service was done promptly and the personnel was very courteous, when I got my car I found half of the contents of my glove compartment laying in the front passenger’s promptly and the personnel was very courteous, when I got my car I found half of the contents of my glove compartment laying in the front passenger’s floor.
