As our lease came to its end, we had contact with several Toyota dealerships. Most offered us no real figures or data. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a dealership ever. Almost zero communication from our sales guy. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I bought a brand new top of the line Rav4 and ended up feeling like I wasn’t worth their time. I don’t care if I was buying a base model Yaris no one should be treated that way. I’ve owned the car for right around two months and I’ve had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks. It’s been constantly in the shop being worked on but yet the problem it keeps having still hasn’t be had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks.
