I drive over 40 miles to this service dealer even though I have one within 5 miles from my house because of their excellent customer service. During this visit, They greeted me right away and had my though I have one within 5 miles from my house because of their excellent customer service. During this visit, They greeted me right away and had my car back to me within the promised time frame. They also provided a complimentary shuttle from and to the service department. Overall very pleasant experience. More

I was told it would be 2 hours, it took almost 4 hours. This is the third time this has happened. I then had to wait for them to print my paperwork to pay and another 10 minutes for them to bring me my car This is the third time this has happened. I then had to wait for them to print my paperwork to pay and another 10 minutes for them to bring me my car. Labor was too xxxx high. $100 labor to change oil and rotate tires, seriously? Front tires were already off doing new brakes. Speaking of, $285 labor, that's xx. I will not be back. More
