Extremely disappointed & wouldn’t recommend. My husband and I were out looking at SUVS as I’m due in a few weeks. We stopped in at Carver Toyota and were looking at all the different options. We found one in the used lot that was recently traded it, We really liked it but didn’t see a price or anything about the vehicle. We were greeted by Tara a Sales Representative as she saw we were outside looking at vehicles. She didn’t have any information on the vehicle as it was traded it. We asked if she could get some more info on it, The next day she gave us a calling with the pricing & the trade in on our vehicle and to come in for a test drive. The price was definitely higher than we were expecting, they said they stay in the price line of Kelly Blue Book, but it was way off from that price. She was able to take a little more off because tires were dry rotted but still not in KBB price range. We agreed even though we were paying a little more than we wanted to, but with trade-in of my car it helped lower pricing (not by much). We agreed and purchased the SUV. When I got home i went on their website & noticed the pricing of the SUV was completely different online than it was when I bought it. I then called them to explain how I thought that was wrong to overcharge me. They explained and said it was a “ Mistake and the amount online was incorrect”.. At first they said there was nothing they could do about it and that they were sorry. My husband called furious and told them that that’s false advertising. After fighting about trying to make it right they wrote a check to get new tires but that its self was a big deal. This process has been a complete xxxx show & the management is all over the place. Not only when we went to get tires for the vehicle the check was getting declined. We called to figure out what was going on the lady was COMPLETELY RUDE you can hear here slamming her hands on the desk and getting loud with not only my husband but the people at the Tire company. I believe her name was Syndey, The tire company had to tell her to calm down multiple times so we could figure out what was going on. The tire company ended up overriding the check so we could leave they were trying to figure out if it was their system or the check. We told them to reach out if they had any issues. It’s upsetting that we not only overpaid for the SUV but the staff acting the way they did and taking such advantage on people is disgusting. Just like the Window tint we added on and over paid for when it was cheaper through the actually company! Save yourself the headache from purchasing here. More

My wife went in on last Friday for a service (oil change) and that weekend I noticed oil all over my driveway where she parked her car. I looked under her car and noticed the leak by the oil drainage bolt (t and that weekend I noticed oil all over my driveway where she parked her car. I looked under her car and noticed the leak by the oil drainage bolt (technician never tighten) this is not the first time this has happened. When I opened her hood on her car to check her oil level i noticed her battery terminals corroded (technician never notified my wife during their check). For the last two years we have been having issues with service. a few months ago, she came in for service and the technician did not tighten her lug nuts, the nuts were laying on the ground in the driveway. I called about the issue about the oil change and issue about my driveway saturated with oil that i cannot get out (they told me the service director was going to call me, but they never did. We will not be bringing our cars back to Toyota for service, the service technicians do not care about what type of job they do. My wife's engine could have blown from no oil if i did not noticed and the time they didn't tighten her lug nuts she could have been injured driving the car in that condition. I don't know what is going on in the service department, but someone needs to take action. The only issue i have is with the service technician's quality of work. The service desk people are great, they always took care of me and my wife. More
