Had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price considering inflation had been driving up prices. Vehicle was in great condition and the extended warranty wasn't incredibly expensive. Nick was great to work with. No pressure yet he gave me all the information I asked for. He had the 2021 RAV4 cleaned before pickup as I requested. Great location and service work is great. Issue with communication, asked when can drop car off and get shuttle ride. Was told by team 7AM, but doors weren’t opened until 7:30AM. When picking vehicle up, invoice was incorrect, caught by Carver team, but charge was for $50 more than should have been and took extra time during pickup. More
