Great experience overall with the sales and finance team. My only complaint is that it was suggested I download and use an app called Key Connect. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. There was a mess up at my last oil change and I was charged for a tire repair even though I insisted I had the tire care warranty. Carol was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to "correc charged for a tire repair even though I insisted I had the tire care warranty. Carol was wonderful to work with.
