Sales was good, we had very nice support and fast help while there. After being given false information about financing and then being out of state following up with the registration issues still being gi while there. After being given false information about financing and then being out of state following up with the registration issues still being given incorrect information it turns out the third party used for this service and the registration office did not communicate collectively and allowed our paperwork to sit for two and a half weeks. Our local registration office spent two weeks trying to establish communication and we had three days left without a plate before expiration when we found out sales tax was not in fact taken out as we were told it was in our total cost. As a result, after returning from vacation we were told after speaking to a manager that we were now responsible to come up with over $700 to put plates on our new vehicle and make the first payment within the next five days over the holiday weekend coming up. Needless to say, we’ve still not received a single apology for the lack of communication, follow through, or accountability from anyone in the registration office or regarding the lapse in short notice. During the trying time of being forced to purchase this vehicle after almost losing a life to a severe accident, in a horrible economy situation, this was a very unfortunate and easily avoidable situation had communication been done on the front end by picking up the phone. We’ve called and tried to mediate and still did not obtain any results or responsibility. We are very disappointed with all the time and effort and now having to figure out how to come up with that additional money so quickly without any warning through no fault of our own when it was easily able to have been planned for weeks ago by us when we handed a very large down payment in cash over to the dealership. Our salesman was wonderful, reviewing documentation was also great. The manager Robb was also helpful in follow up but unfortunately could not fix anything at that point in time the damage was done. We will not be returning or recommending this dealership if you live out of state for purchasing since clearly purchasing and communication are not a forte. More
The wheel guy didn’t show up for frist appointment. Cost me gas and time waiting to find out it was a no show second one took all day to get wheels fixed as he works for another company and I had to Cost me gas and time waiting to find out it was a no show second one took all day to get wheels fixed as he works for another company and I had to wait again even tho I was scheduled for appointments both time. I think this looks bad on Toyota. Although Quiten keep me undated and was very nice which I don’t blame him at all. It is poor business on Toyotas part. I’m sorry but I felt like wheel guy let me down. More

It’s pretty busy. Went in for an oil change and was taken care of fine on that. Would like a bit more responsiveness and proactive follow up. More
