Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had getting my vehicle fixed! General Manager didn’t even care! Got the run around SEVERAL times, workers not keeping me posted…and went an entire weekend with a “l vehicle fixed! General Manager didn’t even care! Got the run around SEVERAL times, workers not keeping me posted…and went an entire weekend with a “loaner” vehicle because service “forgot to call”! I desperately needed my truck that weekend! Tried calling the General Manager, and she didn’t bother to return my call. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Wishing I had bought my truck elsewhere! I will NEVER be back to Carver because they have not even attempted to make it right. Ignoring you is what they do best! More

Double priced compared to most local service stations. They try to make you think you are getting a deal when they knock 20-5o% off. Service guy I was not too happy wIth. I felt like he was insulting my intelligence. More
