Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Price increased by over $42 an increase of 35% Inflation is bad but this increase is unbelievable. Paid $160 for a diagnostic procedure on the blind spot monitoring system. Informed that fix would cost $1,944. This is on an automobile with 27K miles. Experienced the same situation with the battery in April of 2022. Corrosion had eaten thru the clamp on the terminal in half. Had to replace the battery with 21K miles. This corrosion should have been caught in routine inspections with the oil changes. Toyota personnel are the only people that have maintained my vehicle. It is extremely difficult to understand how the battery situation and blind spot monitoring occur on a well-maintained low milage vehicle. I have lost all confidence in the entire Toyota organization. I am forced to seek other avenues to maintain my vehicle. More

For starters are salesman Chuck worked hard for us. It was a busy day for him but he helped us through to the sale. Dealership wise however I'm not so sure about. We were told of certain Toyota policies and that our new purchase would meet that criteria. After five work days, three work days it was delivered with issues that were not addressed as told. After phone calls, texts, and an appointment they did make it right, but was a bit disappointed feeling more like a number than a cared for or appreciated buyer. More
My 2019 Toyota Corolla quit on me. I came out of the hospital on 2/28 with my dad after just having cataract surgery and car was dead. The light that kept coming on was the "electronic power steering system" The car wouldn't steer when light was on /& acted like it wanted to die. My maniual said to get it to Toyota dealer immediately. I purchased the platinum warranty and roadside assistance. So the next morning, I called Carver Toyota (where I bought the car)and told them the details. They tolld me to call the # on card for roadside assistance and have it delivered there, and they would look at it at 1:00. I got a call around 3:00 and was told they had keys and didn't know what to do. It was very frustrating. After several calls, they called and said it was the battery, cost would be $166.00 plus tax. So I asked them to install cabin filter & engine filter since it was due. Quoted me prices . The cost of the prices quoted to me added up to $306.00.. I got a call later telling me , car was ready and cost was $409.00..WHAT!!!. Anyway I got charged 80.00 to put a battery in..CRAZY.. 2 screws and that's it..$80.00..Ridiculous.. More
