Bryce Jones was absolutely a great guy to deal with! He found out about all my problems trying to get a second key for my car. Five trips up there and a half day missed from work. Great cars, but service has always been iffy. .. Ever service visit there is always an issue... Either something they forgot or the new car I bought burns alot of oil and have to add a quart every .. Ever service visit there is always an issue... Either something they forgot or the new car I bought burns alot of oil and have to add a quart every month.... They refuse to fix Oil filter put on incorrectly so it blew off while I was driving and lost all oil Toyota still made me pay for the tow...... I could go on all day..... It's a shame More

Nick Dougherty, helped me via internet & phone close a long searched for Toyota CH-R one morning while I was at work. Finance penciled numbers and a few texts later, it was agreed I'd drive the 100 miles long searched for Toyota CH-R one morning while I was at work. Finance penciled numbers and a few texts later, it was agreed I'd drive the 100 miles to sign up and drive off with a beautiful slightly used (6000 miles) CH-R that evening. Was a very efficient isn't days work for us all? Several purchases were being made; I was in and out in in about an hour! More
