They are knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and friendly. I purchased a new Outback Touring. My sales person was Alex M. was a joy to work with. He searched and found the exact car of my dreams, Alex worked out a fair trade for my 2018 Outback and negotiated a great price on the purchase of my new Outback. I also want to give a shout out to the service department. I have Carter Subaru Shoreline do all my car maintenance. They are friendly, go out of their way to make the maintenance service seamless and easy and have always worked within the timeframe they estimate. Renee More
