John Sylvester sold us a 2014 Subaru and when we walked in to test drive another, he immediately recognized us and provided the high quality service we remembered the last time. John is personable, friendl in to test drive another, he immediately recognized us and provided the high quality service we remembered the last time. John is personable, friendly, warm, knowledgable and very knowledgable, even giving out his personal cell phone number in case we discovered any issues. He did this without using the high pressure sales tactics that is all too common to the car dealership industry. John said "You have me for life". Agreed! More
