This was our 3rd Forester and so far, we are very pleased with the car! This is our only vehicle so when our 2016 Forester "died" we needed to come up with a replacement quickly. I have been buying cars from Carter for the last 15yrs and until recently was happy with their service. I bought a car this year and felt lured with misleading information. Vital information was withheld and until recently was happy with their service. I bought a car this year and felt lured with misleading information. Vital information was withheld at the meeting with the sales associate and vital information was withheld at the time of signing. I am now stuck with a car I would not have purchased had they been open and transparent. Felt dirty and misleading. Truly not what I expected from Carter. More
