Poor Sales Experience Spent a long time with Frank and Marcus. Sent them many photos of my trade-in truck. No answer. Then, it appeared I was on a list for Marcus, he would call me with a sales hype as if he did not know me. The first time, I told Marcus my story that Frank told me he would get me a price as a trade-in. Comically, a few days later, I get another call from Marcus as if he did not know me. Same hype. Eventually, I told them I was going to trade, and sent them 24 photos of my trade in high resolution and asked for a trade-in price for a truck they had listed. That was 8 days ago. Never heard back from them. I am going to another dealer to get my truck tomorrow. You would think they would determine that an internet sales department has to quote a price in order to make a sale. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and t On the morning of October 11th I broke down in Ardmore and could not find anyone to make repairs. Spent the night and called Carter County Dodge and talked to BRIAN HERELL said get it towed to them so they could see what needed to be done. After the front end tech pulled off the passenger side front wheel he found major damage from a outer wheel bearing which called for a new spindle and bearing. The parts department tried everywhere to find the spindle, but the only one was in Florida and it would take 3 days to get it. Got a rental drove home to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and drove back down on following Friday to pick it up. Got there and they had not got it done because of job that took a lot longer than they expected. After I explained my problem to Brian Herell and the fact that I had my 3yr old grandson with me and that the rental had to be returned by 6 p.m. Brian gathered a crew and they jumped on it and got it done for me. This the first time that I've ever had a service department take this GREAT OF CARE of me and my grandson. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE PEOPLE THAT BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. I REALLY ENJOYED TALKING TO THE SEVERAL SALESMAN AND ALSO HOW THEY TRIED TO HELP ALSO. WHEN IT BECOMES TIME TO BUY ANOTHER TRUCK THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT WILL COME FROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere in the service department was very pleasant. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with the Up most care and respect. While in service I was being taken care of by gentleman by the name of Rob and later I need to come back and pick up my vehicle with a second driver and was greeted by a gentleman in the garage by the name of Tex that was also extremely pleasant and helpful. Worst expericence ever Ok so I bought a charger on 4-30-15 and on 4-8-15 I got a call saying they could not do the deal, then refused to give my previous car back! So needless to say we got the charger taken from us and given a xxxx Chrysler 200!!! Which was bigger than our Cruze but that wasn't what we wanted!! More
