I first had great feelings about this dealership, in fact have purchased two vehicles from them. Then I had to deal with the service department and the real colors of the dealership came out. My 21 Gladiator have purchased two vehicles from them. Then I had to deal with the service department and the real colors of the dealership came out. My 21 Gladiator was brought in for an oil change and a tire repair, they kept it 5 DAYS for this simple service. Because I was not aware of the length of time they would keep it for an oil change and flat repair I did not think I needed to clean out my Jeep. Once returned I did not think anything was wrong as my center console was still locked, but a few days later I unlocked my console to look for something and was horrified. My grandfathers Beretta PX4 9mm handgun, its holster and extra clip was stolen from the locked console. I immediately called my spouse praying he took it out for some reason, he had not. SO I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, I spoke with the sales manager as he was the only one available who promised me that he would have the owner Rocky call me as soon as he came to the dealership. No one ever called me. First thing the next morning I went to the Dickson police department and filed a police report, the police chief took the report. He advised me that they used to take their patrol cars there but had the same problem with missing items, broken light bars, and messed up camera equipment from their techs playing with them. He said that Carter county has a reputation for this type of thing happing. Even after an officer visited the dealership still no manager called me. So Jeep sent me a email Survey about my recent visit, low and behold I get a phone call from them the next day. I was fed a line about how they have had a rash of break ins and they found a sledge hammer under the cars and how people were smashing windows and stealing from cars near the shop. I told the GM Sam "No this was not the case. My windows were not broken. My console was unlocked without damage, the gun was removed, and the console was relocked. There are only two keys to my Jeep. One key is hanging on the key hook at my home the other is one was deposited in the key drop when I left my Jeep in their care. This Key is the only way to unlock this compartment without damaging it. There for it had to be someone there who had the key. It was not a sledgehammer random break-in." Sam then advised me that hes been there 20 years and his staff has never had a problem with anything missing ever... I then told him what I was advised by the Chief of Police for Dickson. Of course Sam Denied this, then insisted that someone from the service department did return my call only they did it via text message. I told I would gladly bring my phone to the dealership and meet with him and he can see that no one text and called either my phone or my husbands phone. I then once again requested that the Owner Rocky please call me I was told the Sam handles everything for Rocky at the dealership, and yes I was polite through all this, never raised my voice, never lost me cool. I'm aware that never does any good and makes situations worse rather then better. Sadly I have yet to get any return phone calls from Rocky or Sam with any answers. Their sales staff might be nice people but their service department ruined the reputation of the entire business by being thieves and management allowed them be thieves. This is not the first time they have allowed them to do this according to a credible source, I do not think the Chief of Police would randomly lie about a business. More
