Never met a better dealership!! Overwhelmingly impressed!! I wish I could entirely describe my satisfaction with this dealership in each and every detail but I will summarize it with "extraordinary!" From the very first phone call I never felt even one single ounce of high pressure sales techniques and that belief held true through the entire transaction, and even afterwards! From the laid back "country" atmosphere of the entire staff came the most calming aura to work within and you couldn't compose a complete business suit if you added every stitch of clothing in that place together lol; very relaxing environment when conducting such a deal. I have purchased several new vehicles over the years and can say I have heard the same rehearsed script from every single dealership..... all promising they won't be beat, all promising we have exactly what your looking for so come on in, all promising the best financing, all promising the excellent customer service during and after, all desperately trying to convince you they are better than the man next door, all trying to convince you that you are "stealing" it from them at this price, yet all of them fiercely pushing you to run your credit report so they can show you what they can do for you while negatively affecting your credit score, all of them trying to say they heard exactly what you are looking for in your dream vehicle but then trying to sell you exactly what they have available on the lot instead (and hopelessly convincing you it is close enough haha), AND ALL OF THEM ARE JUST AS MANIPULATIVE, MISLEADING, AND ONE OBJECTIVE FOCUSED AS THE OTHER WITH NOTHING BUT THEIR OWN BOTTOM LINE PROFIT OF PRIMARY CONCERN. I can say without a fragment of doubt that my opinions were greatly humbled by Carter Chevrolet in Okarche, Oklahoma. From the salesman Andy, the other sales guys Cody and Jason, the finance guy and to absolutely no small part for pulling this entire thing together, the sales manager Jason, my purchase can not be praised enough. There motto of 'making friends and selling cars, in that order' could not even begin to demonstrate their 'can do' attitude and their incontestable passion and commitment to their customers. There were no high profiled glass rooms that the management team huddled in around computer screens and held the confidential gatherings to discuss your offer like you typically see in all the other dealerships, all while alienating you and staring like your some kind of circus monkey. Truthfully they offer you the same things as the other dealers (their preferred financing, vehicle warranties, etc. etc.) and try to sell it (as any business responsibly would however without the pushy tactics) but they politely and maturely accept your rejection if you're not interested in it and they never bring it up again. I have talked daily about this dealership to anyone whom will listen and I can only desire the absolute highest success to this entire team, and that is exactly what I mean, they work as not only friends but as a team and you feel that sense every step of the way. Very much looking forward to the opportunity to interact with them on my next purchase. More
