Coming from a big city, it was a real treat to meet such a hospitable dealership team that truly lived up to it's "no gimmicks" slogan. Fifteen months ago, a major problem with the engine of my truck made it necessary to purchase a new one immediately. There was no time to research, look around, or inquire. All of this too place at a dealership (I will call them "No Name Dealership") where I had had no previous relationship. In less than 36 hours, I was the not so proud owner of a vehicle that would get me where I was going. It was a very stressful experience. Over the next few months, I tried to work with this dealership for routine maintenance, but each time I left feeling that I had been "taken". There was no trust. This week after another visit to No Name Dealership left me emotionally and physically exhausted, I determined that this all had to come to an end. I began with a web search to find a five star dealership. I wanted a place that would treat me and my vehicle with care and respect. Where quality was as important if not more important than quantity. I wanted a place where the employees felt appreciated and had been there for years. I found Carter Chevrolet. My first visit to the dealership was amazing. Matt Cecil, my salesman, introduced me to the Service Manager, the General Manager, the Finance, and so many more. I asked hard questions about the vehicle that I was looking at. Everyone at Carter Chevrolet has incredible communication skills and make themselves available to their clients. I drove home in a beautiful pre-owned truck today. I could not be happier with the purchase and look forward to seeing everyone at Carter Chevrolet when I return for service in a few months. More
