We called about a specific vehicle and they were upfront and honest about that vehicles condition rather than making it sound perfect just to find out it wasn't like we have experienced with other dealerships, in fact the car was better than they described when we got there. Low pressure and more layed back than any other dealership I have visited and we more personable. We were also in and out under an hour which was awsome. We have already recommended them to our family and friends and we will be back when we are I the market for another vehicle. Great group top to bottom. Can't say enough about our experience. More

Great experience purchasing a new(er) truck I found Carter Chevy online and found a vehicle that i liked. However, I drove from over an hour away to come look at the truck and was not disappointed. They were very friendly and helpful throughout my purchase of my new truck. They offered drinks while waiting (multiple times.) They were very friendly and really went of their way to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. When i left, not only did i leave with a new vehicle, i left with a full tank of gas and coupons for Eischens.
