Used vehicle purchase; dust settled, still great experience! I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado from Carter Chevrolet on Saturday, 01/27/2018. I called the dealership to speak to a salesperson to confirm t I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado from Carter Chevrolet on Saturday, 01/27/2018. I called the dealership to speak to a salesperson to confirm the vehicle (2011 Chevy Pick-up) was still on the lot, that had not been sold, prior to driving from near Tinker AFB to test drive the vehicle at the Oklarche Oklahoma dealership. To give a little history, I had been watching this vehicle posted on their website for approx. 2 months, as well as other vehicles at other dealerships. I had driven to the dealership on the Sunday prior to my purchase to look over the vehicle, so not to be given a full court press by a saleperson trying to sale me a vehicle when I wasn't sure the vehicle I'm checking out is what I wanted. After looking over the vehicle, and liking what I saw, about a week later the initial price of the vehicle dropped a few hundred dollars, and I felt was a good time to test driver, and possibly purchasing the pick-up. On the morning of Saturday, 01/27/2018, as I said, I called Carter Chevrolet dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available, I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Kurt Scheck, salesman, who confirmed the vehicle was still available. While my wife and I were in route to the dealership, he met us about 15 minutes outside of town, north of Oklahoma City, with the vehicle. I was able to look over the vehicle under the hood, the interior, and test drive the vehicle on our way to the dealership. I was satisfied, with the test drive, performance, and interior of the vehicle. I decided to purchase the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, approx. 73k miles, soon after arriving to the dealership. I was most pleased about my buying experience, that my wife and I were on our way, paperwork and all completed in about 2 hours. Now, approximately 2 months and a week later, overall I'm still happy with my purchase. The only problem I found with the vehicle soon after my purchase is that it has a faulty driver side power window switch that controls the passenger side front window. I think that is a small issue, compared to the overall performance, and the condition of the pick-up is great. I hope Carter Chevrolet provides excellent maintenance service after the sale, as when I was purchasing my pick-up truck. I hope this review is helpful to those that read it. More

I've never encountered a dealership experience lik I've bought and traded several cars over the past 14 years from several dealers around the country. I've never encountered a dealership experience like this before. No run-around, just honest, trustworthy individuals truly focused on making friends, selling cars in that order. Another OKC dealer told me that a particular incentive didn't exist and that they were going to nickel and dime me on several other factors. I came to Carter and they made it happen: from the transfer of the exact vehicle my family wanted, to honoring the incentives that do exist, and offering a no-haggle great price - all in a super casual no-pushiness no-pressure atmosphere. Didn't have to do the awkward "let me ask my manager..." or "what can we do to sell you this car today?" dance several times over. Didn't waste my time at all. Everyone from management on down was super friendly and genuine. My wife and daughter were very comfortable through the whole process, and we were treated to a first class test drive experience. The whole experience was so unbelievable - I'm still kind of in shock... I'd buy another car here just to have the experience all over again! Who'd ever think of saying that about ANY dealership?! When I went into the dealership i was feeling frustrated, scared and I had heard all good things about Carter Chevrolet from a friend of my son N law. When I went into the dealership i was feeling frustrated, scared and completely alone. Within minutes that changed. Matt Cecil, my salesman, became an immediate friend. My fear left and I knew I was safe and in the right place. Everyone was so relaxed and kind that when I was told I got my car I cried! But no one was bothered, insteaded it was concern and joy for me. They even helped me switch my car items(and dogs) from my old car to my new car. The best part yet, I spoke with my bank who told me I got an awesome deal. More

Effortless, amazing, and completely satisfied! I was in the market for a new truck, and found an amazing 2018 Blue Chevy Colorado that I fell in love with immediately. My aunt had a 2016 Chevy Colo I was in the market for a new truck, and found an amazing 2018 Blue Chevy Colorado that I fell in love with immediately. My aunt had a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 edition and I used to drive it, and it was also an amazing truck so I already knew this was going to be an amazing vehicle. I was skeptical about applying for it at first, thought I should probably wait a couple months. I gave in and contacted them about the truck. They replied back reasonably fast and were very respective unlike some of the other dealers I contacted. The others were very short and acted like they didn't want to sell it. The guys at Carter Chevrolet were great. These guys are very down to earth, no hassle and no pressure. They will do everything in their power to help you get the vehicle you want/need. They stay in contact with you everyday sometimes multiple times a day if you're impatient like me, luckily one of them is too. I've never seen a dealership like this one, the morale is uplifting and reassuring. Glad I had the opportunity to do business with these individuals, and they will be my Chevy Dealer if I ever need another one. I don't care if their almost 150 miles away.
