I usually find myself trying to look at vehicles while sales people aren’t around just to avoid them. That is not the case with Carters. I’ve met several of their sales guys and found it to be quite the opposite. They seem to be just laid back normal guys and they look the part as well. They were knowledgeable about their vehicles and features as well as knowing their competitors prices which they stay below. I couldn’t find a better price on the pickup I was looking for anywhere. The buying experience was hassle, haggle, and stress free. Most of them seem to have a sense of humor as well. I would buy from them again. More

The salesman was not your typical slick salesman, he told me straight up how their programs and prices worked and he was completely transparent the entire time. I left with a great deal, several thousand dollars than competitors, and a feeing of accomplishment. No nonsense and patience can be expected and all the information you and request.
