Back in 1973 a guy named Jimmy Carter started a Chevy Dealership in Okarche, Oklahoma. No, not that Jimmy Carter. This Jimmy never ran for President or farmed any peanuts. All other dealers need to take notes, and I truly, truly mean that. These guys are everything the advertisements say they are. Just a bunch of genuine, kind, bearded guys playing catch with a beer coozie in the office. I loved it. They are so fun, all while maintaining a very professional atmosphere as well. Our sales representative, Matt, in particular was just awesome. He was knowledgeable, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and presented us with the PERFECT truck for us. Thank you, Matt!! Overall, Carter is a relaxed, fun environment (never thought I would use those words to describe a car dealership... ever) . They are upfront about pricing, honest, and very kind and helpful throughout the process... not to mention, quick! We were in and out in record time. Speaking as someone who spent 8 hours at a big city dealership (who shall remain nameless...) just last year which was ultimately an experience I would wish upon NO ONE... take it from me, go see Carter Chevrolet! More

Disappointed My initial experience at Carter was great. Unfortunately it took them nearly two months to get me a title for the car we bought. I ended up having to pay late penalties to the state due to them waiting for weeks to pay off the previous owners loan. I've asked them to reimburse me, but a month later, this still hasn't happened. 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax Midnight Edition Great experience with ZERO pressure. We found the truck we wanted right away and there was no haggling or wheeling and dealing.
