Saw the Traverse Premier we were interested in, thought at first this asking price sounded too good to be true. Traverse had just arrived during severe weather, wasn't checked in by Carter, but I emailed and got 2 instant replies. Kevin DeLuna texted with me and sent a few pics via text and email next morning, since we saw a pic of 2 associates getting a pedicure. No pressure, no hype, had the vehicle ready for a drive less than 48 hrs. later. We drove it home after trading our vehicle in, Very happy with Traverse and experience at Carter! More

Trevor picked me up, gave me a little history lesson on Okarche and the dealership along with a tour before we began the purchasing process. The car was every bit as beautiful as described and then some. I drove it back to N.C. to get a little more acquainted with the vehicle. I loved it from the minute I drove away from the dealership and more importantly, my wife loved it when I delivered it to her. Trevor was great to work with both over the phone and in the dealership. The deal was done somewhat unconventionally as my cosigner was flying in that week, but it wasn't an issue at all. Trevor later came up to Stillwater so we could sign paperwork on his day off the next week. I plan on going to Carter's and working with Trevor first for future vehicle purchases! More
