He even checked in with us days later to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. We actually found something that needed fixed on the vehicle that was missed during inspection and that we didn’t notice until after we got home that they are replacing for us (at no cost to us). You definitely couldn’t get that at a big town dealership on a used vehicle (if it isn’t certified). I will definitely be recommending to family/friends! More

On a Tuesday while searching online, I unexpectedly found a great deal listed at Carter Chevrolet that I couldn't pass up so I contacted them to schedule an appointment for the same day. My sales rep Jared was helpful with getting all the info necessary to process paperwork before I got there so there would be less wait time. He was honest and upfront about my trade-in value and even suggested resources for me to see the value on my own so I would have realistic expectations. They were all very friendly without being pushy or insistent and no waiting games while I was there. They know car buying sucks & they do everything they can to make it easy & painless.
