Fast forward several months later, I began to have issues with that same vehicle. I decided to bring it to Carter Chevrolet. They scheduled me a week out. When I brought the truck on Wednesday, I had requested just a diagnostic test to be ran (since I was paying out pocket). I had no update that whole day so I decided to give them a call. They told me they would ask around. I called them Thursday afternoon and informed that they were working on it then. They would then provide an update by the end of the day. I did not receive a call so I decided to pickup the vehicle on Friday morning. Upon arrival, they informed that they "didn't get to it" and "you got to love it". Extremely dissatisfied with communication and service. More
