They destroyed every stereotype you have ever had about the business. My purchase process began via text and email with my salesman. This is how we communicated 90% of the time. Every single text and email was always answered. In fact, they valued my trade entirely through email – without even seeing the vehicle. I simply sent them pictures and they told me what they would give me for it. The price was the price too. There were no games. No haggling. My deal was finalized over the phone with their finance manager. He went above and beyond to get me the rate and payment that my family could afford. He actually came in much lower than we even requested. When I got to the dealership my new truck was full of gas, detailed and waiting for me. The paperwork was all complete too. It only took me less than 20 minutes to get my keys. It was unbelievable. When I walked into their dealership I felt like I walked into someone’s home. It was simple and welcoming. Their slogan is “Making friends. Selling cars. In that order.” It is their culture. They live it and breathe it. Finally, the most impressive thing to me was how they treated my younger brother Josh. He is 23 and went with me that day to get my new truck. He drives a 99 Jeep Cherokee with no A/C and a million miles on it. He has an outstanding job at the Cleveland County jail. He is a great young man and works hard for his money. They were able to get him into a very nice vehicle. It was the first major purchase of his life. He was treated with respect and honesty. They made it a big deal and truly celebrated it with him. To top it off, they even bought us dinner at Eichen’s. As we were eating, and our salesman literally came over to the restaurant, sat down with us and showed Josh the deal they were able to get him. Josh was ecstatic. They gave each other high five, we finished our chicken and then we went and picked up Josh’s keys to his new car. It was a great day. More
