We also brought my 2007 honda civic in today for a check up as another dealer in eugene wanted $1100 to replace the rack and pinion assembly as there was a steering fluid leak. They made it sound like the power steering was going to fail very soon. Kerry the chief tech came and spoke with me and drove the car with us (i also had a transmission concern). Then he hoisted the car and showed us the seeping fluid which he didn't feel needed to be addressed right now. He even cleaned the seeping area so it could be reassesed at a later date with lube oil filter service. This is the first mechanic I've ever had do this. I'm impressed and pleased. We will definitely return. More

I am extremely insulted and disappointed at the level of professionalism and their commitment to honor a deal. We wanted a car badly and walked in to the Lynwood Acura dealership. My mind was set on taking MDX home. We made a deal with the Sales agents (Anthony/Jon) to buy an Acura MDX yesterday(July 18th 2015), These guys were very nice and I was happy that everything was set. So, I paid $5K as deposit only to have it refunded back to me in 15 mins just as about we were leaving the dealership to go home!! Wonder why? I don't know (and don't want to know). This is what happened - Salesperson and I negotiate for a while, deal gets approved by one of the Sales manager, we pay 5K, ask for a receipt, then a guy named, Brodie Ryan rushes out and says "The deal is off. There was a miscommunication and I cannot give you the car at this price. You can have your deposit back". He was very rude, non-apologetic and didn't explain how/what happened on their side. He did nothing to understand us either. All he kept saying was that the deal cannot happen and I will be refunded the money. Apparently, there was a miscommunication between Sales and Finance. They first took my money and when I asked for a receipt or a promissory note, they refunded the money back. The Sales manager, Brodie cared least about his behavior or aggressive attitude. He was very offending to me and my wife. Me, my wife and one year old daughter spend more than 3.5 hrs at this dealership with the intention of leaving with a car - that's exactly what I told the sales person. It was way past my daughter's bedtime and I feel very sad to have put my poor daughter through this for nothing - Just to get treated extremely unprofessionally and badly. I wanted to talk to the General Sales Manager but I couldn't (not sure if he was not there OR didn't care). At the very least, I expected a call from him. I was browsing their website that evening and told their customer rep in online chat about the incident. She assured me that she would pass on my experience to the management. Nobody from the dealership has called me yet. From reading other reviews, it is clear that they don't care. But, My humble suggestion and recommendation to people - DONT waste your time by going there and negotiating a deal. You are just wasting your time and most importantly, your RESPECT. More

Uh, a little help? Went in at 1245pm on a Thursday which may explain why there was no receptionist. Had to go track somebody down. Then was redirected. Then was ignored. Then when asked if I could get help, was told after I finish serving these other people then went back to having a conversation with some guy. So 15 minutes, no help. Only saw two other customers. WTH? I own a car from this store. Just wanted a little help. Their service (when you can get it) is good. But not today. Just completely indifferent to me as a customer. More

We came in not expecting to buy anytime soon, just wanting to take a test drive in a 2015 RDX, Raj Khanna our salesperson was wonderful to work with. We came in not expecting to buy anytime soon, just wanting to take a test drive in a 2015 RDX, and he gave us the keys to the car we picked and said take your time. We were not ready to buy that night but Raj didn't give us a hard sell. After a few days of negotiating over the phone...no spending 3 hours haggling...we reached a mutual price that we are very happy with. We came back in and signed the paperwork without a fuss. More

Started home and noticed that it was the same as when I brought it in. Spoke to Phil service manager. Was told car was to old and to get off lot and do not come back. Took car to another dealer and was advised that the new part numbers were wrong and the assembly was incrorrect. We had a meeting of the minds. But I do not think the judge understood that I WAS NOT ALLOWED to come back. Even when the service manager told her he did tell me not to come back. So do not take your older cars there. Guess this dealership has never heard of restoring old cars or trying to keep the older cars running!! So I do have to pay for the repairs. Sent the check today and I can do so even though I know know that they do not stand behind their work. They are very unethical. They must be doing a lot of business. Why else would they treat customers so badly. But I do know WORD OF MOUTH IS PRICELESS. More
