Maybe I am Spoiled? I am new to the area with a 8K mile, 2015 MDX. When I received a recall notice last week, I made an appointment right away, plus a detail. When I arrived, the service counter was fully staffed and they took my car right away...then took me to my loaner. I had originally scheduled an interior/exterior detail, but changed my after they told me that their dealership also provides a courtesy wash after service. When I picked the car up this evening all was good....though the baby seats were totally undone...which I forgot is standard....legal issues. Anyway, I was very satisfied with the staff and the condition of the car....until I drove with the sun in my eyes. The windows were horrible...I could hardly see for the streaks....and it wasn't just the front windshield. Someone did not check their work, and for 114 dollars for a car interior that is for all intents and purposes brand new, you would think the windows would be spotless, or in this case streakless. I will finish the job myself. Will I go back...yeah, but I will make sure the job is done properly. More

My keys to my 2012 Lincoln MKX were taken at the beginning of the discussion and were never given back to me. Another words you are captive to this high pressure sales conversation with an extremely unfair trade value. Brodie took my original paperwork to review and knew I had the Xzilon coverage that was still active as I didn't have 35,000 miles on my vehicle. He deducted $1000 off for wheel damage...knowing full good and well, he can make a claim for replacement. I am disgusted with this dealership and find them deceitful as well as untrustworthy. BJ's phone call yielded nothing to change my mind, I will tell as many people as I can to not do business at Acura of Lynnwood. After 6 hours of dealing with this debacle, Priscilla in Finance still couldn't get the paperwork right...I had to make several trips back and she had to come to the house to get the proper paperwork signed. At that point, I wish I could have given the car back and gotten my Lincoln back. Forget the whole deal....but no, that's now how car sales works. More

I started communicating with employee name Jon about the 2016 Acura MDX sh-AWD Tech PKG since mid-July. Jon and I only talked about the OTD price of this particular model from the very beginning. One day Jon texted me "I can give you the car with the accessories for $51,500." On Saturday, I went to Acura of Lynnwood to buy the car, but Jon was not there, and another sales person tried to help me. You know the routine, sales person talks to the manager and comes back with the different price. I thought the final price was already negotiated, so I couldn't understand why he was wasting time. After a few trips, the sales manager Brodie came and read the text message between Jon and I. He said he won't allow the price mentioned because there's obvious miscommunication. He said in the text message it didn't say any particular year or model and it didn't indicate it was the OTD price - it wasn't necessary because it was clearly understood between Jon and I before we start texting. Brodie said he doesn't remember Jon talking about this car price. OK................. Things happen. I can accept there could have been some miscommunication somehow. What I can't understand is the attitude of sales manager Brodie. He could have been a little sympathetic about the my stress, discomfort, time wasted, then I would have bought the car even at a higher price. His attitude was extremely unprofessional, rude and very insulting. The bottom line, he offered $52,997 out the door price. He said you could either accept the price or not buy the car. It's up to you. I left the Acura of Lynnwood for good when he said that. It is not just what he said. The tone of voice, facial expression and body language talk even more. Now, I became anti Acura of Lynnwood because of Brody, so did my friends and family. More

I told Raj what my budget was and he was able to make it work. At the last minute I decided it just wasn't going to be big enough for what we wanted. Raj immediately found a MDX that worked perfect for what we wanted and was able to make the financing work for us. There was no pressure at anytime, he was wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy! More
Best buying experiance ever!! In need of a new car we stopped at AOL and started looking at MDX's. I was met out in the lot by BJ and Kara. Both were very happy to help and went above and beyond with helping us with our questions. After spending some time in the car we decided to think about it overnight and went back the next day to talk numbers. Not once did I feel any pressure at all from BJ and he was always straight up and didn't try to play the typical game most dealerships play when you buy a car. Because of this we now have a brand new Acura MDX which we are more than happy with. After hearing about the excellent experience we received my Mother in Law and Father in Law decided to get new cars as well. It was a sincere pleasure being able to work with such a fine establishment. Not once during any of the three deals did my blood pressure ever raise a point or did I get upset or feel like I was being pressured. I highly recommend AOL to anyone and everyone in the market for a new vehicle. Please be sure to ask for BJ when you show up and you will not be disappointed!! More

We then went to several other dealerships to look at mid size SUVs and we're giving ridiculous first prices and typical cars salesman tactics. We came back to Acura of Lynwood that evening and worked out the price. We were immediately offered a fair and reasonable price. We stepped into a great offer presented to us for a 2015 instead of 16 which we opted to go for and are very satisfied. They constantly cared if we were happy with our choice and purchase and got us the car that night. Raj was a great salesman to work with and would recommend him to anyone. I appreciate his genuine respectfulness and integrity. More
Bought a car in less than an hour I pulled up got out of my car and Raj Khanna came right out and said "Hi Nicole how are you doing" I haven't been there in over two years and my fathe I pulled up got out of my car and Raj Khanna came right out and said "Hi Nicole how are you doing" I haven't been there in over two years and my father was the one who bought the car from them. I bought a car elsewhere (Big Mistake) Raj had no idea that we were coming so no names to look up or anything just excellent customer service. As more and more sales associates arrived they all came out and remembered my name as well. They would all open the doors for me (as well as everyone else) but they remembered my dog (Bentley) and so many other little details and it made me feel like one in a million. My dad was just there to get an oil change but Raj said "How would you like it if I could get you into a NEW car no money down and lower car payments" (we were thinking that's not gonna happing) But never underestimate Raj. He came out said this is your car payment and it was almost $300 lower than what my dad was paying for the exact same car but brand new. He also said "I will make your first payment for car payment for you and like I said no money out of your pocket" Well I cried because I thought it was a blessing from God my mom had passed away and I was in a really bad car accident in 2012 so my dad retired and found a job at the church to help pay my bills so the extra money Raj saved us was much needed. He always comes through and he genuinely cares about his customers he has your best interest in mind. He's not there to sell and make sales man of the month he's there to help and invest in the customer. If anyone is thinking about buying a car go see Raj and see what he can do for you in under an hour you could be leaving in a new car. It took longer for the oil change then buying a new car. Rameish Ramial was the Finance Manager who explains everything out to you and no pressure to add or not to add extras on (My car they saw me coming a mile away and added everything they could on it ended up costing me $4500.00) But that's because I didn't go see Raj and Rameish so don't make the same mistake I did buy from Acura of Lynnwood. You also get a fresh box of Chocolate Chip Cookies that I wish were delivered once a month they are good. My car place gives dried out brownies and you have to pay for everything but water..... So 5 stars for Raj Khanna and 5 stars for Ramesish Ramial and the dealership 5 stars as well More

We felt that we got a great deal and they honored our OR tax exemption. Eric spent more than an hour showing us car features and having us both test drive. His knowledge and demonstration convinved us to buy a tlx sh awd advanced. We were originally going to buy a Lexus IS 250 awd or a Lexus ES, but the acura was way better by far. It has more features than both of the lexus cars I was interested in and for less money. Thank you Lynnwood Acura! More
