I put an email request in for a new 2008 TL. In addition, Richard Brandolini constantly responded to me using templated emails that had nothing to do with my questions/inquiries and never provided a straight answer. I ultimately never visited this location because I was so frustrated and irritated with my experience. I would give another dealership my business in a heartbeat because of this experience. More
I bought my new 09 TSX/Nav from Greg Ward at Acura of Lynnwood (AoL) in mid August. I visited all the Seattle area Acura dealers and paid a bit more (than offers from other dealers) to use AoL because o Lynnwood (AoL) in mid August. I visited all the Seattle area Acura dealers and paid a bit more (than offers from other dealers) to use AoL because of Greg's friendly and caring manner and my intangible sense of the quality of experience I'd get from AoL. Throughout the purchase process, I have not been disappointed (nor expect to be in the future). Greg went the extra mile to get the color combination I was looking for from out-of-state. I'll second some other comments here that the new car prep wasn't spotless (I also had to wait for a while for someone to walk me through it as it was a Saturday afternoon) but all in all a great experience. The dealer options I had put on were done quickly and accurately and while there were some issues with the accuracy of pricing, AoL took care of the problem to my satisfaction. The service department reps I dealt with were friendly and left me with a positive feeling. I had no problem finding a time to bring my vehicle in and was pleased at the 09 TSX/Nav loaner car I was provided at no charge. I was also pleased with the service department's willingness to meet other dealers' service offers - without such flexibility I would have thought harder about going elsewhere. The finance process was relatively painless (though I am still amazed at what is necessary to meet Honda Financial's highly-touted low-APR specials) and everything post-sale was as it was promised upon signature. In the end, I'm hoping (and expecting) to get many many years out of my Acura (which I'm loving) but will keep AoL in my plans for whatever the future will hold. More

We were surprised how willingly and closely they matched our initial offer for the RDX. The whole process took maybe two hours, and that included some time for the internet sales manager, Greg, to run through the features of the car, which was greatly appreciated. The finance manager, Jay(?), was very efficient and nice as well. If I had any complaints at all, and there's very few, it's that I felt the interior of the car could have been prepped a little better. Not a big deal, and I might have an OCD for clean glass, but it was definitely noticeable. All in all, a good car buying experience. I would buy from Acura of Lynnwood again. More

The overall experience was the best one I've had compared to my past experience buying cars. I'm usually a difficult person to please when it comes to ratings so a rating of 4 in my book is pretty darn good. More
I was going to buy Acura TL from Bellevue since it is closer to my home (only a couple miles) But didn't buy it from there because of their additude toward a customer. I went Bellevue dealer 10 minutes before they close but most of staffs left and sales man demanded for me to sign a contract. I went home and submitted my request thru edmonds.com and Greg contacted me within 10 minutes! He was really prefessional and care customer's needs. I think one of the most important thing for internet sales is to contact customers as soon as possilble. More
Greg Ward was good to work with. He contacted me right away from and internet inquiry and followed through with my request. I did have to wait for the car on pick up because of problems with the navigati away from and internet inquiry and followed through with my request. I did have to wait for the car on pick up because of problems with the navigation system and some chips so getting the car ready could have been better. Greg did a good job explaining the functions of the car to me. I also felt comfortable with the finance guy who offered me the additional warrenty and car detail but didn't pressure me into taking them. Over all a very good experience. More
I got ripped off from Lynnwood Acura service department. Their service counter persons get commissions from repair fees. Paul charged me over $600 for just resurface rotors and new pads. Last visit they charged me 2 hours of work when my car was only there for less than 1 hour. Plus, Charles charged me $10 disposal fee(I brought my own part to install, and nothing to disposed). They also working in teams, 1 team works Mon-Wed, 2nd team works Thurs-Sat. If your car is not done during those days your car will be stuck there until same team comes back on those days they work. Again, because of the % Paul and Charles gets. More
