On a Saturday afternoon my power steering went out they told me to bring it in and leave and it wasn't even an Acura, 1/2 later I was on the road with my loaner car and totally relieved that they were still there to be able to deal with it. I took my Dodge Caravan in for a noise that I couldn't stand any more. They diagnosed it and said the repair would take the better part of the day, so they let me drive a hot black "something".
