Theyre great till you buy We bought a 2017 suburban from them. We didnt even get past our first oil change and the head gaskets went out. 4900 repair and they cant even return We bought a 2017 suburban from them. We didnt even get past our first oil change and the head gaskets went out. 4900 repair and they cant even return out phone calls to help us out. We have a list of things they agreed to fix that they cant even return our phone calls on that either. After we bought it we noticed the carpet had been cut out and replaced as well as the rear window leaks going through the car wash and when it rains. I get that used vehicles are as is no warranty but to completely leave a family of 8 to fend for themselves after they made a huge profit off us before we even had to get our oil changed and 3rd payment made should be a great example of what your future can look like with car swap. We will not be going back. Worst experience weve had yet. More

What was wanted wasn't available, but knowing what we desired, Court patiently provided us with alternatives that could meet our needs/wants until we found just what worked for us. He thoroughly explained every vehicle's functions and features. He also understood our limitations, and the dealers' finance person got us to the monthly payment we could afford. We understand there's a process the dealers use, and that's okay, but Carswap never exerted pressure through the entire process as some larger dealerships have a tendency to do. More
