I get the car back and to drive straight I have to turn to the right. I barely left the parking lot and I knew my xxxx was xxxxed. I should have known when I heard the tires fighting each other on the shop floor (sounded like nails down a chalkboard). I brought the car back and asked for it to be fixed, "sorry our tech went home for the dodgers game" I bring the car back 4 weeks later because I was out on business, car sat at the airport. Finally schedule a new appointment, bring the car to the shop, they said the tires are bald and we can't do an alignment with bald tires. I ask for my $560.00 dollars back, they said "no, sorry" I asked to talk to the manager they took my number and said she would call, (She never did) I brought my car to West End Alignment & Auto Repair, They fixed my alignment and gave me the laundry list of alignment issue. One!!! the cam bolt was completely lose which xxxxed up my camber on the drivers side, hence the steering to the right, Second!!! One of the bolts was completely in backwards. My car now is perfect and I have a new set of tires on the way. WEA only charged me $180.00. More

I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM! More

Great service I’ve gone there to get my service for my new car for a year and a half! They have great customer service. Great ammentaties in the waiting room. Each time I've been in they have completed the work in a timely and careful manner. Recently, we had an issue with our Rogue that was not covered under warranty. Ryan, my customer in service rep, recognized that the issue was not caused by us and contacted both Nissan and the service manager at Carson Nissan to advocate they fix the issue as if it was covered under warranty. Happy to say Ryan called recently say they would cover it. Thank you Ryan! Your commitment to the customer is without question. More

One time, i pointed out a hanging plastic notch underneath my nissan rogue and Cristina just dismissed it! I have to fix it myself! (Considering its a New Rogue!).Ugh, still boils me to this day. I appreciate Jeff's friendly and helpful demeanor. He always remembers who I am and what car I drive. Thanks, Jeff! Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very friendly and did not appear to be bored with her job. Thanks, Elizabeth! However, when I learned that the new owners of the dealership discontinued car washing with every service, I was shocked. To stay above the competition, little things like car washes are a big deal.
