Good customer service and price, and amazing staffs! After visiting some Nissan dealers in LA and Orange counties, Nissan Carson had made our last day of 2018 an unforgettable and happiest day. We purchased a new 2019 Nissan Rogue on December 31st. We really wanted to thank the amazing team we worked with on that day by making our experience very smooth and fast. Once we arrived to Nissan Carson, the sales employee (Mrs. Alejandra) was waiting for us with the right car we discussed on the phone with Mr. Sunit which saved us a lot of time. Alejandra seemed to be very knowledgeable, patient and friendly by explaining and answering all the questions we asked about the car and the features. And special thanks to Mr. Sunit who did give us a good price and facilitated the paperwork processing. Actually, Nissan Carson place itself is very organized and comfortable. It gives its clients a feeling of welcomed once they step in. They provide some free refreshment to their clients and a playroom for the kids, so you don't feel overwhelmed waiting. Overall, we recommend this place to those who are looking to purchase a car for a good price and with a good customer service. More

I have replaced the battery and crank sensor. But now I'm stuck with a blown head gasket, which all should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection. More

I get the car back and to drive straight I have to turn to the right. I barely left the parking lot and I knew my xxxx was xxxxed. I should have known when I heard the tires fighting each other on the shop floor (sounded like nails down a chalkboard). I brought the car back and asked for it to be fixed, "sorry our tech went home for the dodgers game" I bring the car back 4 weeks later because I was out on business, car sat at the airport. Finally schedule a new appointment, bring the car to the shop, they said the tires are bald and we can't do an alignment with bald tires. I ask for my $560.00 dollars back, they said "no, sorry" I asked to talk to the manager they took my number and said she would call, (She never did) I brought my car to West End Alignment & Auto Repair, They fixed my alignment and gave me the laundry list of alignment issue. One!!! the cam bolt was completely lose which xxxxed up my camber on the drivers side, hence the steering to the right, Second!!! One of the bolts was completely in backwards. My car now is perfect and I have a new set of tires on the way. WEA only charged me $180.00. More
