2016 Nissan Leaf Walked in a on Saturday to check out the 2016 Nissan Leaf. Everyone I encountered was super nice and helpful. I worked with Eugene Cho. Great Customer Service We had visited 3 dealerships in the course of 3 days and were exhausted by the process. The financial part was another story. That was about a 2 hour wait. That was not appreciated. More
Horrible service department every single one is incompetent. In the last month my wife has taken in our 2007 Altima twice for general repairs or maintenance a service department every single one is incompetent. In the last month my wife has taken in our 2007 Altima twice for general repairs or maintenance and both times they have either misinformed her about repairs and not done what walked of them. The first time she took it in the breaks were squeaky they told her it was low on break fluid and that was the cause so they added fluid . Also the upper radiator hose was torn and that would cost upwards of $300. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced it for $60. The second time was Labor Day weekend. She took it in for an oil change which usually takes them a few hours to do, this time it took all weekend. She dropped it off Saturday morning we never received a call that it was ready so we called them to find out that the oil change we requested was never done. What they did instead which apparently took a whole day was investigate why the check engine light was on. So we waited Sunday for a call from them to hear nothing back. We finally gave the service department a call to find out the were closed for the rest of the holiday weekend and couldn't pick it up till Tuesday. Which meant we had to find another form of transportation to work and back. Upon picking up the car I find out that the are charging me $160 for an oil change and supposed diagnosis of check engine light. Never once did I get a phone call ,email ,text ,Morse code or any type of other communication from anyone in service about what they were doing to my vehicle. I asked "Chris" the service advisor I had been dealing with to get the service manager "Roy" apparently he was of that day how convenient. speaking with "Chris" He said in order to get my car back I had to pay for what was done ,so I did fifteen minutes later they bring my car out they didn't even have the courtesy to wash the dang car. I have purchased 3 cars from them and would expect better customer service than what was provided I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

Great Experience buying our 2016 Nissan Rogue My wife and I visited Carson Nissan last Tuesday to try out the Nissan Rogue. We were greeted warmly by Justin Murillo. He was very helpful and accomm My wife and I visited Carson Nissan last Tuesday to try out the Nissan Rogue. We were greeted warmly by Justin Murillo. He was very helpful and accommodating. He took the time to answer all of our questions and we never felt rushed or pushed into buying or making a decision. We had told him that we would not be buying that day as we needed to do some more research and would come back over labor day weekend when there were more deals and give him a chance at our business. The same day Jeremy Rybak the Sales manager also came to meet us to explain some of the financial possibilities that were available to us. He also was thorough and easy to work with. Later in the week we found some deals on TrueCar.com and we called Justin with the numbers we had gotten giving him the chance to better this price. He did!! Within an hour Justin was able to get us a better pricing with more features. So, all we had to do is drive into the lot, fill out the paper work with the finance department and drive away with a shiny new Nissan Rouge with a full tank of gas.. Thank you Justin and Jeremy for making this such a great experience. More
